About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Active Care Group, providing neurological rehabilitation services in the community. As a key member of our team, you will work with clients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and neurological degenerative conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and management of challenges to physical abilities
  • Function as a key therapist to ensure active co-ordination and management of the therapeutic timetables and programmes to achieve the client's agreed rehabilitation goals
  • Ensure accurate documentation of assessment, treatment, and outcome measures
  • Be a great team player and be willing to go that extra mile for your clients and their family
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with people with cognitive impairment and communication difficulties
  • Liaise with family, carers, and significant others where appropriate to ensure client's needs are met to a high standard
Requirements
  • Full Driving Licence and car
  • Must be qualified to BSc or MSc Level
  • HCPC Registered
  • Experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the medicolegal system is desirable
