Senior Education Officer

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Senior Education Officer to support the development, delivery, and evaluation of our client's education programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of online and in-person training sessions
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of online education resources
  • Maintain an overview of education projects and provide input as required
  • Play a key role in the development and delivery of education programmes, including online and in-person events, online learning resources, and e-learning platform development
  • Ensure the education pages of the website are kept up to date, working with editors to approve and add images and case reports
  • Deal with phone and email queries related to education and events
  • Support the production of the Annual Scientific Meeting, including proofreading of documents and user acceptance testing of online functionality

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, event logistics, and management, both online and in-person
  • Ability to work with third-party suppliers, volunteers, and a diverse range of people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of CMS and updating websites
  • Experience working with e-learning platforms/LMS is beneficial but not crucial
