About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Nottingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing projects across various sectors, from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of consultants and third-party contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Project Management (RICS/APM/CIOB preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the built environment and project management principles.
