Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Research Assistant to join our team at the University of Exeter. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental geoscience and experience in geochemical and mineralogical analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on the environmental impacts of mining on Philippine river systems
- Collaborate with the Philippine and UK PAMANA research team to achieve project goals
- Develop and maintain databases and records of research output
- Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of publications and reports
The PAMANA project aims to provide a holistic understanding of the legacy, present, and future environmental and ecological impacts of mining on Philippine river systems. The project will benefit from the world-class facilities at the University of Exeter and the Camborne School of Mines.
