Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish with a commercial and proactive approach, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and case outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with the Team Leader to discuss case strategies, planning, and team performance, driving business growth and success.
  3. Draft high-quality legal documentation, including Letters of Claim (LOC) and letters of instruction, with attention to detail and a focus on commercial awareness.
  4. Ensure effective time recording and the collection of relevant information to progress cases, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  5. Maintain excellent client care, upholding the firm's commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain excellent communication, drafting, and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Excel, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  7. Apply high attention to detail and strong commercial awareness within a legal context, making informed decisions and driving business results.
