">About the Role:
">We are looking for a skilled Crane Technician to join our team. As a Crane Technician, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of cranes on construction sites.

- Operate cranes safely and efficiently">
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of crane equipment">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity">
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operatives to ensure smooth project delivery">
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and procedures">
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge">
Requirements:

- CPCS or NPORS certification">
- Fitness to work medical certificate">
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required">
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK">
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills">
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously">
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety">
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects">
