Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain design standards, principles, and guidelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Champion contribution and bridge collaboration between engineers and designers
- Create and assist in building reusable components that enhance user experiences and align with our brand vision
- Provide coverage for both B2B and B2C teams, ensuring a consistent and high-quality design system
- Maintain and update design documentation, library components, and guidelines
- Develop and implement motion design guidelines that can be seamlessly adopted by product teams
- Leverage Figma's advanced features to create scalable design systems
- Stay updated with the design system market and the latest design developments, tools, and technologies
- Ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines and best practices
