About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and preparing meals
  • Administer medication and provide companionship to clients
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced management team to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements
  • Must have a passion for caring for others
  • Must have a smartphone
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be available to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday
  • Must have a right to work in the UK
