We are seeking an experienced Test Technician to join our Connected Car & Navigation team, working on an ongoing contract basis. Based in the Milton Keynes / Bedford area, you will be part of a dedicated team of development technicians and engineers.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, testing and developing future vehicles. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, building, and maintaining vehicles or components for testing
  • Setting up instrumentation and supporting testing in static and dynamic conditions
  • Gathering accurate test data and evaluating test results
  • Fault finding and identifying concerns on completion of tests

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds / IMI / NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
  • Automotive electrical and electronic test experience, particularly in HMI, navigation, or infotainment
  • Equivalent experience in a major testing program, such as aerospace or telecoms
  • Vehicle system knowledge and diagnostic tool proficiency
  • Data analysis and report writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
