About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of Paid Search campaigns for a range of clients across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube and Display Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Paid Search strategies to drive campaign performance and achieve client goals.
  2. Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns, including ad copy, budget management, bid strategies, and audience targeting.
  3. Provide regular campaign performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with the wider team to drive new business and develop pitches for new clients.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a Paid Search Manager or Paid Media Manager position, ideally within an agency environment.
  2. Strong Paid Media management skills and experience with Google Analytics/GA4.
  3. Ability to implement new processes to ensure efficiency within the Paid Media function.
What We Offer

Competitive salary between £35k-£45k + opportunities to earn commission, hybrid working (2 days per week in the office), 24 days holiday + BHs.
