Care Professional for Ambitious Individuals

About the RoleWe are seeking a Care Professional who is passionate about supporting individuals to develop their daily living skills, build relationships, and participate in social activities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, goals, and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals with daily care and personal tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal grooming.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, interests, and values.
- Assist clients in achieving their goals, whether it's developing independent skills or participating in community activities.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless support and consistent communication.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this position.
- Demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas of expertise: Autism and Learning Disabilities, Anxiety and Emotional Support, Daily Living and Independent Skills, Community Activities, Positive Behaviour Support.
- Be able to stay calm under pressure, work proactively, and handle challenging situations.
