Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and exceptional candidate to join our team as a School Site Manager at Outwood Grange Academies Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver statutory compliance and work closely with the Business Manager to develop a project of works to provide a safe and progressive environment for learning.
  • Lead the Academy Site Team and provide efficient and effective premises support, leading by example and providing hands-on holiday cover.
  • Manage health and safety, contractor management, and budget management, developing a 5-year plan for the premises with the Business Manager and Principal.
  • Ensure site security and oversee the opening and closing of the Academy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Site / Facilities Manager role is essential.
  • Proficiency in health and safety management, organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience of contractor management, including auditing and supervision of contractors, team and colleague working practices.
  • Strong track record of effective budget management.
