Warehouse Operative Job Description

This is a temporary to permanent contract opportunity with our client, a leading company in the industry. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily pick rates and KPIs
  • Use voice picking technology to efficiently pick orders
  • Operate a LLOP (low-level order picker) to retrieve products
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and tidy workspace
  • Secure and mark products correctly for dispatch
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Must live locally or have a reliable means of transportation due to shift times
  • Good attitude and reliability are essential
