Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team, responsible for expertly managing the property sales process and delivering exceptional results for our clients. Key duties and responsibilities include handling enquiries promptly, scheduling and overseeing property viewings, facilitating offer negotiations, coordinating with legal teams, surveyors, and mortgage professionals, providing clients with regular updates, and resolving any challenges that may arise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven background in property or estate agency, ideally with 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Negotiator. You will need to bring outstanding communication and customer service skills, along with flexibility to accommodate Saturday work. A genuine passion for the property sector, a full driving licence, and access to your own vehicle are also essential. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary package of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus an OTE of £35,000 - £40,000.
