We are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant to join our team at a reputable primary school in Harrow. The school has a strong focus on phonics and core subjects and is looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to help deliver this. As a teaching assistant at our client school, you will be responsible for supporting pupils with their learning on a whole-class, 1:1, and small-group basis. You will use strategies effectively and work using your initiative while following policies and procedures. You will also be required to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require extra help in the classroom. Patience, understanding, empathy, and the ability to build a positive rapport with primary-aged pupils are essential in this role.
