We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Service Technician to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing JCB agricultural machinery, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Servicing and repairing JCB agricultural machinery to a high standard
- Diagnosing and resolving problems with machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Working closely with service and workshop managers to meet challenging deadlines
- Carrying out warranty work, diagnostics, and servicing
- Traveling to customers in the surrounding area to service and repair machinery
- Qualified in Land Based Engineering at a Level 3 (or equivalent qualification in HGV, Plant, or Construction)
- Experience of JCB machinery and agricultural equipment
- Ability to work overtime in peak farming and agricultural seasons
- Valid UK Driving License
