Job Role:
You will be responsible for delivering and assessing first aid courses, as well as maintaining subject and professional competence. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and conduct assessments to high standards
- Work with staff and volunteers to maintain good relationships and high standards
- Pilot new training initiatives
- Complete and submit relevant course documentation accurately and promptly
Compensation Package:
£38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience). A competitive salary, generous pension scheme, and opportunities to grow and develop your career.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above Assessing and Training Qualification
- Experience teaching, coaching, and presenting to adult groups
- Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
- A car owner or driver, or have access to suitable transport
- An enhanced DBS check is required
Working Hours:
Part-time working may be considered for full 7-hour days and a minimum of 3 days. We value diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment.
