About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Nuclear Services team in Manchester. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from process design to commissioning and operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop process systems for nuclear facilities, including vacuum management systems, gas handling, water cooling and heating systems, tritium management, and hot cell facilities.
  • Conduct thermal hydraulic analysis of internal vessel components in fusion reactors.
  • Develop PFDs and P&IDs for novel design in nuclear and fusion environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process requirements and develop commissioning and operation plans.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in process design, thermal hydraulic analysis, and commissioning and operation of nuclear facilities.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
