We are seeking a highly accomplished and inspirational Music Director to join our team at Mayfield School, a leading Catholic Independent boarding and day school in the beautiful East Sussex countryside.

The successful candidate will be a personable, dynamic and accomplished musician with a passion for teaching music across all age and ability ranges. They will continue to build on the strong tradition and reputation of Music at Mayfield School.

As a key member of our academic community, you will have the opportunity to shape the musical direction of our school and inspire students to achieve their full potential. Competitive Salary Package

The role offers an excellent salary package of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and teaching music, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of our students. They will be able to motivate and inspire our students to achieve excellence in music, and contribute to the continued success of our Music Department.
