As a Body Shop Technician at Holdcroft Motor Group, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the automotive repair industry through a comprehensive apprenticeship program. The apprenticeship program will be provided by one of our manufacturers, allowing you to gain on-the-job workshop experience and formal training. The program will provide you with the skills and knowledge to assess and repair vehicle body panels, identify damages, dents, rust, and other imperfections. You will also learn how to assist in the preparation of vehicles, strip and fit vehicles accurately, and understand the basics of welding and metal fabrication techniques. In addition, you will attend training sessions and workshops to further develop your skills and knowledge.
