Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a visionary leader to steer the strategic direction of our association, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
About the Role:
The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Ad Warrior Ltd, driving key initiatives, and ensuring the organisation upholds its core values of integrity, inclusivity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organisation.
- Develop and implement long-term growth strategies.
- Oversee operational management and ensure financial sustainability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Represent Ad Warrior Ltd at national and international forums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Possess strong leadership and management abilities.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking skills alongside exceptional planning and organisation skills to deliver the strategic objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional skills in managing continuity as well as change.
- Deal effectively with demanding situations and design and implement suitable solutions.
- Be a role model for integrity and values.
- Develop individual staff and build a high performing team.
- Know how to influence and enable others, requiring professionalism from the team.
- Demonstrate commitment to continued professional growth and development.
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude to meet the demands of both role and the complexities of its relationships.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of leading / working in a membership association is desirable.
- Experience in integrating and coordinating diverse areas of management.
- Knowledge of HR, finance, oral and written communications, planning and evaluation, and governance.
- A high level of personal skills in order to make presentations to members and to deal effectively with members and those within the sector.
Benefits:
- Holiday entitlement: 28 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays.
- Company pension: matched contributions up to 8%.
- Sick pay: 6 weeks full pay.
