About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Northwood's Chesterfield site. The successful candidate will have previous experience in mechanical maintenance engineering and be proficient with CMMS and SAP systems.

The primary duties of this role include:

  • Using CMMs system to prioritize work requests and ensure all work is planned effectively.
  • Issuing work orders to teams and monitoring completion and progress against tasks.
  • Producing weekly plans in advance for engineering resources at Chesterfield.
  • Planning all work and resources on a day-to-day basis and for planned maintenance outages.

Key qualifications for this position include a recognized mechanical engineering apprenticeship, City & Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification, and experience in maintaining complex automated manufacturing equipment.

This is a days-based role working 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Wednesday and 7am - 3pm Thursday to Friday.

Estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
