About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Care Support Worker to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks for five ladies living in shared homes in S4 and S12.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Administer medication as required
  • Clean and maintain the home environment
  • Support individuals to engage in their favorite activities and hobbies
  • Accompany clients on outings and social events
