About the Role

This 12-24 month FTC contract position will focus on designing, developing, and manufacturing high-performance cars for the F1 championship. You will work closely with our Operations, Technical, Race, and Business Support functions to achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performance optimization, simulation engineering, and data analysis. A strong understanding of racing car design, development, and testing is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance car components using simulation software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize car performance
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
