  • The ability to lead by example, supporting the manager in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the shop
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to motivate and develop a team of retail assistants

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of £12.50, guaranteeing a minimum of 16 hours work per week, generally including some weekend work.
