Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the development of Power Platform solutions for a range of simple and complex applications within RSSB. As a key member of our digital engineering function, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Power Platform solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Power Platform solutions for various applications within RSSB
  • Act as a champion for the technology, supporting business users to develop their own applications, automation, and reporting
  • Provide expert input to the shaping, sizing, and planning of technical delivery work
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of technical work items as part of wider project delivery
  • Provision and maintain environments, deployment processes, and testing processes to enable fast and reliable changes to enterprise Power Platform components

Requirements:

  • Experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience developing with Power Query, MDX, DAX, and Power BI security models
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, controls, and governance
  • Experience engineering digital solutions against functional requirements
  • Familiar with user experience design approaches and activities
