About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead West Fife and Kinross. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients, including companionship, personal care, and household tasks
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
