Brand Marketing and Public Relations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to plan and execute brand marketing, PR, and influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and consideration.
  • Liaise with our PR agency to amplify key messages and consumer moments through key media partners.
  • Identify new and relevant media outlets to make our stories travel.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing and seeding campaigns that align with the END. brand.
  • Support the Activations team in idea generation for marketing activations that aim to delight, attract, nurture, and retain customers and incubate community.
  • Monitor and report the efficacy of output across influencer marketing to inform Marketing SLT decision making and strategy.
  • Build relationships with brand partners, third-party agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively between creative, partnerships, collaborations, retail, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure all business functions are updated regularly.
  • Monitor and record costs against projects, liaising with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to ensure projects stay within specified budgets.
  • Compile competitor analysis PR reports.
  • Establish PR and influencer campaign KPIs with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to drive success.
  • Hold a Marketing/PR/Communication degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Have an inherent understanding of the END. brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure we're constantly pushing the boundaries with PR and marketing activities.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects in an organised but flexible manner, prioritising when necessary.
  • Have strong communication skills, able to liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  • Be flexible, approachable, with good problem-solving skills.
