The Early Years Room Leader role offers a competitive salary range of up to £31,000 for full-time, 40-hour workweeks. We also provide:

Job Description

As an ambassador for our values, you'll be a key figure in our vibrant culture. As a team player, you'll ensure that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child, leading your room team to plan, organize, and execute engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Kido's curriculum.

You'll support educators in observing and assessing their key children and setting goals for each child. With a hands-on approach and attention to detail, you'll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery.

Effective communication with parents, children, and colleagues will empower you to deliver the best experience possible. You'll play a key role in assessing and recording children's progress and achievements.

Requirements and Qualifications

We're seeking an experienced Level 3 Educator who may already be a Room Leader or Deputy Room Leader. A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum, is essential for this role.
