User Experience Research Lead

We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Research Lead to drive strategic research initiatives and inform our design decisions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of diverse user needs and craft exceptional user experiences.

This role requires planning, executing, and collaborating on high-profile research projects to drive strategy, exploration, and understanding. We need someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in User Research or a related field, with a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. They will also possess inferential statistics and data analysis skills, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive research strategies.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various methods.
  • Present actionable insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Communicate findings through effective storytelling and tailor content for different audiences.
  • Partner with teams to identify research topics and plan studies for strategic purposes.
  • Advocate for research and document its impact throughout the organization.
