Job Title: Strategic Land Manager

Job Summary:

We are working with a national plc housebuilder to appoint a Strategic Land Manager to cover a patch of Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire. The successful candidate will have experience in strategic land purchases as a Land Manager or Town Planner and will be able to work with local plans and negotiate with land owners and their agents.
