**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at CHM as a Building Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on leveraging GIS and other technologies, as well as best practice data management and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on leveraging GIS and other technologies to support data-led projects
  • Enable data-led projects and encourage and support the exploration of new technologies
  • Support the organization in building its analysis, insight, and reporting capabilities across a diverse range of areas
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**

  • Strong systems and data experience, with a focus on GIS and data analysis
  • Excellent co-ordination, collaboration, and delivery skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
