Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team at Modus Personnel Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the safety and performance of our clients' direct and subcontractor projects across the west midlands and surrounding areas.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met and address any issues or questions that arise.
  • Support the management of delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct site inductions and team meetings, as well as safety briefings.
  • Manage all aspects of retrofit projects.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety measures.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
  • Update senior management on project progress and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and coordination.
  • Client liaison and communication.
  • Site management and supervision.
  • Health and safety management.
  • Budgeting and cost control.
  • Team leadership and development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in renewable energy project management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
