Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Access Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support, while working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Manage patient appointments, cancellations, and rearrangements
- Maintain accurate records and notes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements
- Minimum 4 GCSEs Grade A-C (including English) or equivalent
- Experience working with emails, spreadsheets, and Microsoft packages
- Administrative and clerical experience
- Customer service experience
- Awareness of Equality and Diversity

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction program, and a supportive team environment.
