Commercial Director

At James Walker, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to lead our team of key account managers, estimators, and customer service champions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time and at the right cost.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Maximise profitability and minimise risk while working with a multi-disciplined team
- Ensure the tools and equipment are effective and relevant for commercial requirements
- Manage change and deliver improved business performance in line with the business vision and objectives
- Work in conjunction with the HR team to ensure rules, regulations, and company policies are adhered to
- Management qualification or other professional management training (or working towards)
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
