Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Join Eurovia (VINCI) as a Construction Estimator/Project Manager and be part of a dynamic team that delivers innovative and sustainable construction solutions to the UK highways industry.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Commercial Lead for multiple Surfacing schemes and frameworks operating in the South East, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor costs and maximise value through effective financial management and negotiation with key Supply Chain Partners.
- Prepare accurate forecasts with Contracts Managers for budget setting and financial assessments through to final accounts.
- Manage key Supply Chain Partners accounts and subcontracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Responsible for change management and valuation of change, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Other duties as required to support the commercial function.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong numerical and financial management skills, with experience of NEC4 contracts.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
