Service Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, financial management, and project management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement service strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Clinical Leads and Matrons to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to secure funding and support for service development initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service improvement initiatives, making recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of service performance and contribute to the development of trust-wide metrics and benchmarks.

Required Skills and QualificationsKnowledge and Experience- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business operations role.
- Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
