Job Overview:

The Vehicle Refinisher will be responsible for preparing vehicles to showroom quality by spraying paint, mixing colors, and applying primer and finishing coats. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of automotive painting techniques.

Responsibilities:
* Spray paint vehicles using manual or automated equipment
* Mix colors as needed to match specific vehicle requirements
* Apply primer and finishing coats to ensure a high-quality finish
* Perform touch-up work and polishing to maintain a showroom finish
* Remove masking papers and treat with rust-proofing chemicals to protect the vehicle's surface

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in automotive painting
* Strong knowledge of spray painting techniques and safety protocols
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
