**Job Title:** Property Manager/Block Manager

**Location:** Tunbridge Wells

**Overview:** Vermelo RPO has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager/Block Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Development Manager in converting leads into new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing mixed-use portfolios, comprising residential and commercial properties. You will ensure full compliance and maintain high standards of property management.

This role involves:

  • Portfolio Management: overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of new sites
  • Budget Management: providing accurate financial estimates to support business development
  • Customer Service: delivering excellent customer service to our clients
  • Leadership: leading and managing teams, conducting effective one-to-ones, and ensuring SOP compliance

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in the property sector, with a strong background in block management
  • A proven track record of leadership, with the ability to conduct effective one-to-ones and ensure SOP compliance
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a pragmatic and analytical approach and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Technical skills, including IT literacy and knowledge of standard CAFM systems

**Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
