Sales Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our market-leading Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance products.

About the Role

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to create a unique in-store experience.
  • Sell our premium Skincare, Makeup, and Fragrance products to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment and high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Be flexible and available to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Participate in extensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
