Job Description: UK Airport Construction Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled UK Airport Construction Surveyor to join our team at Damicor Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a quality, customer-focused building control service and providing expert advice and support in non-building control matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing technical leadership in building control for a portfolio of projects, including major developments in complex environments.
  2. Occasional provision of expert advice and technical support in areas where building regulations may not apply.
  3. Supporting Quality Management and business initiatives instigated by the Head of Building Control.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current licence as a Registered Building Inspector at Class 3G or 3H level (Class 2F considered).
  • Must hold a degree in building control or related construction discipline.
  • Must be a full member of a relevant professional institution (such as RICS, CABE, CIOB or CIBSE).
  • Experience of building control in multi-tenanted commercial buildings, including fire engineered solutions.
  • Experience of Quality Management Systems and Quality Improvement.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
