Environmental Data Sales Strategist

We are a leading provider of specialist environmental data services, and we're looking for an ambitious person to help us reach the next stage of growth as our new Sales and Marketing Director.
The successful candidate will be a B2B Senior Sales / Marketing person already, able to set strategy, build sales channels, lead from the front, and make a big impact on the business. They'll have first-class communication skills, be able to pick up information/new technology quickly, and be entrepreneurial.
This is a pivotal role, where you'll be the face of the company, responsible for the sales & marketing strategy, managing a team of 10, being hands-on with clients, and collaborating with other internal departments. You'll need to be a UK citizen, living in the UK, as we don't sponsor visas.
In return, we offer an £80,000 - £100,000 salary package, a supportive hybrid working environment, and a clear career path to board level and stock options. The role is based in the Telford area.
