Traffic Management Operative

About the Role:
The 12ab Traffic Management Operative sits at the heart of everything we do on our high speed roads.
You will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying: cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment on high speed roads.
- Helping and guiding new trainees
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified 12ab Lantra
- Knowledge of Chapter 8
- Full driving licence, with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have been expired for at least 5 years
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Positive "can-do" attitude
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Meticulous attention to detail
About Chevron Traffic Management:
Chevron Traffic Management is the company that sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversions routes or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe while roadworks are underway.
This involves putting out road cones, signage, temporary traffic lights, pedestrian crossings, and barriers. Our work is visible all over the country.
