Job Title: Senior Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad CPE. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, including planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Supervise and train site staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the required specifications.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of construction progress, including site diaries, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, including planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train site staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the required specifications.
