Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and behaviour, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide individualized support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
- Assisting children with their understanding of teacher instructions.
- Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
- Tracking and recording pupil progress.
