About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Night Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Hampton by Hilton London Docklands. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and efficient guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest room assignments, key cards, and other front desk operations.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel software systems.
