Teaching and Learning Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Classroom Assistant - Academic Support to join our team at an exceptional school in Rochdale. About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a relevant NVQ2 or equivalent qualification, experience of working in a classroom, and at least 6 months experience as a Teaching and Learning Assistant and/or as a classroom assistant. They will be responsible for undertaking activities with either individuals or small groups of children, usually in the presence of a teacher, and establishing supportive relationships with the children and parents to facilitate effective communication and partnership between school and home where appropriate. A salary of up to £24,000 + excellent benefits is on offer for this role, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to start or further their career in education.
