Our mission is to provide specialist technical services that create safe and healthy indoor spaces. We are now seeking an experienced mobile-based multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join our busy commercial building maintenance team.

The Role

This is a mobile-based role involving travel throughout the Leeds, York, and Sheffield region. You will be fully supported by our admin and management teams based at our Elland Head Office.

We require you to carry out servicing and repairs of commercial gas systems, including:

  • Working on various plant and equipment types, such as commercial boilers, AHUs, and indirect/direct gas-fired equipment.
  • Undertaking various maintenance tasks and PPMs as scheduled by the helpdesk team, including general mechanical and fabric tasks.
  • PPM and reactive maintenance works, including fault finding, repair, and installation of boilers/mechanical services.

You must ensure all technical services are carried out efficiently and effectively, adhering to industry and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful, you will possess:

  • Domestic Gas (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1 CENWAT, CPA1) and commercial Gas (COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1 ICPN1, TPCP1/1A, CDGA1) certifications as a minimum.
  • General experience in a commercial building services environment would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work from instruction and make decisions with minimal supervision.

A full UK driving licence is also essential.

What We Offer

This is a permanent position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week between 08:00 and 16:00. Benefits include:

  • £45,000 - £60,000 estimated annual salary.
