Bellway plc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our North London Division. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the site and sales complex are maintained to a high standard, providing a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Guide customers through show homes, stock plots, and site, showcasing the product and features.
  • Ensure customers are aware of Bellway's Health and Safety Policy and are accompanied by a representative at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records using Bellway's CRM system.
  • Liaise with customers, solicitors, and financial advisers to progress sales.
  • Arrange home demonstrations with the Site Manager and conduct the Company's handover policy.
  • Assist customers with defects or customer care issues post-completion.
  • Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas for increased sales.
Requirements
  • Experience in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Desirable: experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder.
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Effective negotiation and sales skills.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literacy and adaptability to new systems.
