The ideal candidate will have experience in medical affairs leadership with specific focus on MSL or clinical educator team management. They will possess superior presentation and listening skills and commitment to instilling standards of excellence at every level in the Medical Affairs organisation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement actions to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency.
  2. Cultivate long-term relationships with other Syneos Health senior management across Syneos Health, Clinical and Commercial business segments.
  3. Guides the successful execution and evolution of strategies and stakeholder engagement plans for field personnel.
  4. Manage annual budget for business unit with responsible fiscal expense management.

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 per annum. This position has first- and second-line management responsibilities oversight for all field Medical personnel across multiple client accounts.
